DVD – Digital Video Disk is an external optical storage device. It is essentially a bigger and a faster CD that can hold a huge amount of data. • Whether the device drivers are available or not

• Customer support is available or not
• Is it a single channel or a dual channel DVD reader/writer
• It should support maximum number of formats
